    Ramen Noodles:

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Garnish:

  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ramen Noodles: Cook ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions (about 3 minutes), then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha (if using), brown sugar, and water. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Combine and Serve: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Cook for 1 more minute until heated through. Remove from heat and top with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add a fried or soft-boiled egg on top for protein.
  • You can toss in sautéed vegetables like bell peppers, bok choy, or mushrooms to make it more filling.
