  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Dough: Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
