Dough:

- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Dough: Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Spread Batter: Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Add Topping: Combine 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake: Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
