Ingredients
Fruit Popsicles:
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, or pineapple), chopped
- 1 cup 100% fruit juice (orange, apple, or pineapple)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup, optional
- popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions
- Place chopped fruit evenly into popsicle molds. Layer for a colorful look.
In a small bowl, whisk together fruit juice and honey or agave if using. Pour the juice mixture into each mold, covering the fruit and leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. To release, run the outside of molds briefly under warm water. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- For creamier popsicles, replace juice with coconut milk or yogurt.
- You can mix and match any fruits you like, making this a versatile snack for kids and adults.
