Description

Cool down with these homemade Fruit Popsicles made with a mix of fresh fruits and fruit juice, a delightful and healthy treat perfect for all ages.

Ingredients

Scale

Fruit Popsicles:

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, or pineapple), chopped
  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice (orange, apple, or pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup, optional
  • popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. Place chopped fruit evenly into popsicle molds. Layer for a colorful look.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together fruit juice and honey or agave if using. Pour the juice mixture into each mold, covering the fruit and leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. To release, run the outside of molds briefly under warm water. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • For creamier popsicles, replace juice with coconut milk or yogurt.
  • You can mix and match any fruits you like, making this a versatile snack for kids and adults.
