  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare egg mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook scrambled eggs with butter until just set. Stir in cooked sausage and remove from heat.
