Egg Bites:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or silicone mold.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: Blend eggs, cottage cheese, and heavy cream until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix in Gruyère, bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Divide mixture among muffin cups, then create a water bath by placing the tin in a larger dish with hot water.
