Egg Bites:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or silicone mold.
