Sesame Oil:

1 tablespoon

Carrot:

1 medium, julienned or shredded

Green Cabbage:

1/2 small head, shredded

Chicken Broth:

4 cups

Soy Sauce:

2 tablespoons

Rice Vinegar:

1 tablespoon

Black Pepper:

1/2 teaspoon

Green Onions:

2, sliced
Optional: chili flakes or sriracha for heat


Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil: Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Cook the pork: Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Sauté aromatics: Add the diced onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables: Stir in the carrot and shredded cabbage and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until slightly softened.
