Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil: Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook the pork: Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Sauté aromatics: Add the diced onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add vegetables: Stir in the carrot and shredded cabbage and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until slightly softened.
