Egg White Bites:

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup mini muffin tin with olive oil spray.
