- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Puff Pastry:
- 1 package (2 sheets) refrigerated puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Sausage Filling: Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat and mix in ROTEL, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until creamy.
- Assemble Bites: Roll out puff pastry, cut into squares, place sausage mixture in the center of each, fold corners, and seal.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash, bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm.

- You can prepare the sausage filling ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
