Swirl:
- ½ cup raspberry preserves (warmed slightly)
Topping (optional):
- ½ cup crushed pistachios

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: to 325°F (163°C). Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake.
- Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over crust.
- Add swirl: Drop raspberry preserves on top, swirl, and bake.
- Cool and chill: Cool in oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
