Swirl:

  • ½ cup raspberry preserves (warmed slightly)

Topping (optional):

  • ½ cup crushed pistachios

  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: to 325°F (163°C). Mix crust ingredients, press into pan, and bake.
  2. Prepare filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour over crust.
  3. Add swirl: Drop raspberry preserves on top, swirl, and bake.
  4. Cool and chill: Cool in oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
