  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for searing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Mix Seasonings: In a small bowl, combine Italian dressing mix, ranch dressing mix, and brown gravy mix.
  3. Prepare Roast: Pat the roast dry and sear in a skillet if desired.
  4. Season and Roast: Place the roast in a Dutch oven, sprinkle seasonings, add water, cover, and roast for 4–5 hours.
