Instructions

- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, sumac, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the salad: Add toasted pita to the bowl, drizzle with dressing, and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
