Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake Cookies: Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
