Ingredients
Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
Fig and Goat Cheese Filling:
- 1/3 cup fig jam
- 4 oz goat cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg (beaten)
Optional:

Place the pinwheels on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
