Ingredients

Figs:
6–8 fresh figs, sliced
Goat Cheese Mixture:

1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 egg (beaten for egg wash), 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes, pinch of sea salt, fresh thyme or chopped pistachios for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 equal rectangles or circles. Transfer to the baking sheet.
