White Cake:

Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Decoration:
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven and prepare cake batter as directed. Bake in a 9×13-inch pan until done. Let cool.
- Make Frosting: Beat cream and sugar until stiff. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Assemble: Spread frosting on cooled cake. Arrange blueberries in the top left corner and strawberries in rows to create flag design.
