Marinated Chicken:

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, coat well, cover, and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Prepare the Gyros: Warm pita on the grill. Spread tzatziki on each pita, add chicken, tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, and feta. Fold and serve.
