Slider Buns:
- 12 slider buns
Deli Roast Beef:
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
Provolone Cheese:
- 8 slices provolone cheese
Caramelized Onions:
- 1/2 cup (optional)
Seasoning Mixture:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
Au Jus:
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 2 cups water
Others:
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place bottom halves of slider buns in the dish.
- Assemble Sliders: Layer roast beef, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese over buns. Top with remaining bun halves.
- Season and Bake: Mix butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and spices. Brush over buns. Cover with foil, bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake until golden.
- Prepare Au Jus: Whisk au jus mix with water in a saucepan, heat until hot.
- Serve: Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping.
