- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions
- Boil Potatoes: Place halved potatoes in a pot, cover with water and salt, boil until fork-tender.
- Make Dressing: Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, French onion dip mix, pepper, and vinegar.
- Combine: Toss cooked potatoes in dressing, add green onions and chives. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve: Top with crispy fried onions before serving.
