Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Mix Custard: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugars, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
