For the Dip:
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed seasoned fried onions (or crushed fried pickle chips)
For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in chopped dill pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and black pepper.
- Fold in half of the crushed fried onions or pickle chips for texture.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with remaining crushed fried onions.
- Garnish with chopped chives if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to let flavors develop.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- For extra crunch, add more crushed fried onions just before serving.
