Instructions
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Toast Topping: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs, cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with toasted breadcrumbs just before serving. Serve with chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
