Rice:
- 4 cups cooked and cooled white rice (preferably day-old)
Stir-Fry:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet. Scramble eggs, set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add remaining oil, sauté garlic, then mix in vegetables.
- Add Rice: Stir in cooked rice, fry until crispy.
- Season: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil. Mix in eggs and green onions. Season and serve.
