Fried Sliced Mushrooms:

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- Clean and slice mushrooms: Slice mushrooms into even pieces.
- Set up dredging station: Prepare three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge mushrooms: Dip each mushroom slice in flour, then egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry mushrooms: Heat oil to 350°F, fry mushrooms in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain and serve: Transfer fried mushrooms to a paper towel–lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with ranch dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double-dip the mushrooms in egg and breadcrumbs.
- You can air fry them at 400°F for 10–12 minutes for a lighter option.
- Try adding grated Parmesan to the breadcrumbs for added flavor.
