- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, for garnish
- Extra crushed pretzels, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Pretzel Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake.
- Make the Peanut Butter Filling: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into peanut butter mixture.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour filling into the cooled crust, top with chocolate chips and crushed pretzels. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Allow the pie to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
