  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed)
    • For the Marshmallow Layer:

    • 1 cup marshmallow creme
    • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
    • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (thawed)
    • Additional:

    • 12 graham cracker sheets (broken into squares)
    • Parchment paper (for lining)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Layer: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread the mixture in the pan.
  2. Make the Marshmallow Layer: Beat marshmallow creme and softened cream cheese. Fold in remaining whipped topping and spread over the chocolate layer. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
  3. Assemble: Cut the frozen block into squares. Sandwich each square between graham cracker halves. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
