Sugar Cookies:

Frosting:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Sugar Cookies: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients, add to wet, and form dough. Shape into balls, flatten into disks, and bake.
- Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled cookies.
- Topping: Add sliced fruit on top of frosting. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
