Brownie Batter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Additional:
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan or line with mini paper liners.
- Melt butter and prepare batter: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in sugars. Cool slightly, then whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add to wet mixture and stir until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Bake: Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For a fudgy center, slightly underbake and allow to set while cooling.
- You can add nuts or a chocolate drizzle on top once cooled.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
