Grilled Cheese:
- 8 slices of Italian bread or thick-cut sandwich bread

Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice. Place 4 slices, buttered side down, on a skillet. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
- Grill: Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted. Adjust heat if needed.
- Serve: Rest sandwiches for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve hot. Serve with marinara sauce on the side if desired.
