Beef Bites:

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes if using.
  2. Cook Beef: Add beef cubes to the slow cooker and pour the garlic butter mixture over the top. Toss to coat evenly.
