- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in cheddar cheese.
- Prepare the Rollups: Unroll dough, cut into 8 pieces. Spoon beef mixture onto each piece, roll up, and seal edges. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic, brush over rollups. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauces.
