- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Tacos:
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Cook Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Cook garlic until fragrant. Add chicken, season with spices, and cook until golden.
- Make Sauce: Stir in honey BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer until thickened.
