Cauliflower:

Garlic Butter Mixture:

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Toppings:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter mixture: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower: Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until coated.
  4. Roast cauliflower: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
