Garlic Butter Mixture:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare Mushrooms: In a large bowl, mix mushrooms with melted butter, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Roast Mushrooms: Spread mushrooms on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Finish and Serve: Toss with parsley, and optionally, drizzle with lemon juice or Parmesan. Serve warm.
