  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in a skillet until browned. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, cook the shrimp in olive oil and butter until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, add garlic and red pepper flakes, then return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat.
  4. Serve: Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
