- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Herb Potatoes:
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak Bites: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the halved baby potatoes until golden brown and tender. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and butter. Sear steak bites until browned. Add garlic, butter, and red pepper flakes. Combine with potatoes and parsley before serving.
