2 tablespoons butter, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional),

Garnish:

2 green onions (sliced), sesame seeds, salt, and pepper to taste
