Steak:
- 2 boneless ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Garlic Butter:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves (smashed)
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the Steaks: Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Steaks: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side.
