- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
