- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
Pasta:
- 1/2 pound (8 oz) penne or rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Garnish:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions
