Seasoning:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  3. Smash Potatoes: Flatten potatoes on baking sheet.

  5. Bake: Bake until golden and crispy.
