Tortellini:

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini, refrigerated or frozen

Steak:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Creamy Parmesan Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Tortellini: Prepare tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, cook briefly. Pour in cream, simmer. Stir in Parmesan, seasoning, and pepper flakes.
  4. Combine and Serve: Add tortellini and steak to the sauce. Toss to coat and heat through. Garnish with parsley.
