  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add Flour: Stir in flour and cook for another minute to form a roux.
  4. Whisk in Milk: Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
  5. Add Seasonings and Cheese: Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  6. Cool and Serve: Remove from heat, cool slightly, then drizzle over pizza or use as a dipping sauce.
