Instructions

- Prepare the Dough: In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugars, then add egg, vanilla, lime juice, and zest. Gradually add dry ingredients and fold in coconut.

- Make the Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, lime juice, and zest. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
