Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: In a mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir in olive oil and warm water to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough: Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Roll up the dough tightly, slice, and place on the baking sheet.
