  • 8 oz cremini or button mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
