Description

These Golden Grahams Bars are a delightful treat that combines the crunch of Golden Grahams cereal with gooey marshmallows and chocolate chips. Easy to make and no baking required, these bars are perfect for a quick dessert or snack.

Golden Grahams Bars:

  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Add the Golden Grahams cereal and gently fold until coated.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
  5. Let bars cool completely at room temperature, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For extra gooey bars, drizzle with melted chocolate or add peanut butter chips.
