These Golden Grahams Bars are a delightful treat that combines the crunch of Golden Grahams cereal with gooey marshmallows and chocolate chips. Easy to make and no baking required, these bars are perfect for a quick dessert or snack.

Golden Grahams Bars:
- 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Add the Golden Grahams cereal and gently fold until coated.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
- Let bars cool completely at room temperature, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For extra gooey bars, drizzle with melted chocolate or add peanut butter chips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
