Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with nonstick spray or butter.
- Melt Butter: In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter until fully melted, and slightly browned for extra flavor.
- Add Marshmallows: Stir in the salt and the 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
- Finish Mix: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Quickly fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
- Final Touch: Add remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows, gently stir to distribute for gooey pockets. Transfer mixture to pan, press gently, and let set for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
