Ingredients

Salad:

  • 3 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 5 cups mixed greens (such as arugula, spinach, and spring mix)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls or crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans or almonds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
