Orzo Pasta:
- 1 cup orzo pasta
Shrimp:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Seasonings:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Cook Orzo: Cook orzo in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add seasoned shrimp, and cook until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Prepare Tomato Mixture: Sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes. Return shrimp to skillet, add orzo, and olives. Heat through.
- Finish Dish: Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and feta. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
