Description

These Greek-style lamb burgers are juicy and flavorful, packed with herbs and spices, and topped with creamy tzatziki, fresh veggies, and tangy feta cheese. A delicious Mediterranean twist on a classic burger!

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Sliced red onion and tomato for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, red onion, parsley, mint, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Toast burger buns. Assemble by spreading tzatziki on buns, adding spinach, lamb patty, cucumber, feta, onion, and tomato.
  4. Serve immediately.
